Pelican Waters Marina’s legacy began in 1946 when Roy Henzell Snr. purchased 2000 acres of land, considered by many to be unbuildable. His son Bevan saw an opportunity in the swampy waterways and, in 1970, envisioned a canal estate that would become the heart of Pelican Waters – a waterfront community that has since become one of the Sunshine Coast’s most sought-after locations, with a golf course and marina precinct central to its lifestyle.

Born from a shared passion for the boating lifestyle, Pelican Waters Marina was developed by local industry professionals who saw the need for a premium facility designed by boaties, for boaties. With a focus on craftsmanship and quality, the marina is dedicated to making the boating lifestyle easy and accessible, offering seamless service that caters to the unique needs of the Sunshine Coast boating community.
